I saw a youtube vid about it but can't seem to find the video again, it had a link to it in the description...

The GP38 is listed under RailSimulator in the Train Sim library. I could not find it here at RWA but I think it is because it is a RS not RW model. It does however work fine in RW. You will also find lots of repaints for this on many of the train simulation sites.
