what can be included in route package

I've used a ton of freeware assets in my route.

1) If I make a package for distribution (free) do I include all those assets in the package?

2) Exclude them from the package but list in a readme?

3) Must I get permission from each freeware creator for inclusion in my route package?

It all depends on what kind of "license" the creator put on their assets. If they say you need to obtain permission to include their assets, then you need to do just that. If they say it can't be distributed, leave the asset out but put a link to it in the readme. But above all else, make sure you give credit to everyone.
