Library fixed

Our ability to upload to the library has been repaired so you can go back to sending links to Chacal to be placed there. There is a pretty large backlog so if you have already sent him a link be patient and we'll get to it shortly and if you send him new stuff there will be a little delay getting it published but all is good once again.
