Utilities.exe switched download direction

So, I was trying to re-install G-Trax's Main Maritime route that I re-downloaded from here (I do remember a 0.2.2 patch a while back, but the only patch is 0.2.1). And when I went into the Utilities to install, I found that somehow it had turned my downloads had somehow switched direction, meaning I had to scroll down to find the right file. But when I go through file explorer to the downloads, it's back to newest first. Has anyone in the community encountered this problem before? I don't exactly want to try a uninstall/reinstall of Railworks, since that's almost 275GB of content to re-install--that's the size on my current disk, though I just got a HDD with more storage, so I might have to uninstall anyway, unless there's a safe way to migrate it over...
If anyone has any answers, I'd welcome their advice.

What does the utilities got to do with the main TS program and why would you think because some index is goofed up that you need to do a reload? Is TS2021 running properly? Exactly what is your problem? I can probably tell you how to fix whatever is wrong if you can tell me what that is?

I think I know what he means.

He opens 'Utilities.exe' and selects the 'Package Manager' tab. Then presses 'Install'. He expects to get a list of .rwp's sorted with the most recent one at the top. Instead he sees a reversed list.

Assuming the above, then this is the fix.

When you get to the file list.

1. Choose the view type dropdown choose 'Details'
2. Click on the column heading 'Date Modified' to sort. Click again to reverse the sort.

Wayne is exactly right. Somehow, it got changed from descending date, to ascending name. I had tried for most of yesterday afternoon to figure out how to fix it (even doing what Wayne suggested I do) and even when I tried this yesterday it didn't work. But now it did. Really odd. !*don-know!*
Buzz, I thought a reload would help because I wasn't sure if this was some file deep in the game that I would need a Masters Degree in coding to find. Though, on a unrelated note do you recognize this issue shown in this image? I've noticed it a few times on Richard Garber's routes (the versions from his website, and upon contacting him, he said you might know). I've seen this happen across all four of his routes and I was wondering if there was a fix.

You are a smarter man than I Gunga Din. I didn't even know all that was there since I never hit the refresh button. I just go to install and then go find the file I want to D/L and install it.

If you are talking about the moving black wall it's caused by some of the moving traffic vehicles in the RSDL pack. The easy fix if that's what I think it is is go to Assets\RSDL\IslandLine\Scenery\Vehicles and change the folder name to Vehicles.xxx. There will be a little less vehicle traffic but the pesky black walls will go away.
