I have been wanting to download some of the GP38-2's in the file library but I require the dependency "GP38-2BnsfPack01" but am unable to find it anywhere in the steam site..is it still available or is it included in a route or loco pack? Any help would be grateful.

It's part of this now:

But it is not available outside the USA.

I believe this is the same one used on The Racetrack and the Highline.
