There were once again some naming issues that came up and the creators decided that rather then spend their time trying to fix everything they would just agree to it being pulled. When they get the time they are planning on doing something like was done with the Portland Terminal which was reborn as the Maine Maritime. I have no idea if it will be free or payware.

My excuse is that train model hobbying is much much more pricey

Oddly enough, I was looking through my profile on TS2020 and I noticed the Bessemer & Lake Erie Route was missing. I looked through Career, Standard, and Free Roam and didn't find it. I logged on here and did a search which came up with this thread. I started looking in Assets and Content and found the files are still there. I finally looked in Build and sure enough, it's listed there. I was able to create a Free Roam scenario, but was unsuccessful in creating a Quick Drive scenario. I haven't tried to create a Career or Standard scenario and I haven't tried editing the route itself. Although it's available to a limited degree, I don't understand why DTG would make the route mostly unavailable in the game, if you own it. (Must be in the fine print in the license)

Update. I cloned the route, naming it Bessemer & Lake Erie Route 2. It now shows one Quick Drive Route (some missing info and thumbnail) and fourteen Career scenarios. There are no default Standard or Free Roam scenarios, if I'm correct.

I am really really bummed that this happened. It was on my wishlist. :/

I have 12 career scenarios in a backup copy.

As mentioned this is same result as Portland Terminal , is ridiculous. The whole copyright, trademark, names being used, I get it but seriously, what harm does it exactly do as far as me wanting to play a route that has Norfolk Southern logo or CSX, BNSF etc.... as if the game is real life, "well if you don't pay us you can't Advertise and Sponsor " I get it but yet I think it gets taken overboard. Its for personal use as for a personal computer rather than a video game console or arcade machine.
