Does anyone have (and is willing to share) or know where these two 'missing files' from the RWA library may be located today?

Let me look first why it's missing.
Edit: OK they are both fixed. I found the orphaned files, added instructions and images.
Enjoy.
Be aware that Michael Stephan has also posted PRR boxcars, based on a better model.
