Is 3DTrains Tehachapi Pass recommended?

Thinking about purchasing it soon-ish and wanted to know what you guys think of the route.

The development of this route is currently on hold. with no ETA given.

The trackwork is complete and useable.
The sparse desert scenery is in place.
Lots of custom assets are also complete.

There is still lots missing due to the unfinished nature but you can run trains end to end under full signaling, switch some industries etc.

A few 3rd party routes use assets from TP.....
