While doing some scenery work today on one of my routes, I came across a item from the Raton Pass route that is a interactive whistle post. I can't find any info on what this do-hickey does.....

It places like a signal or rail crossing. What does this asset do exactly?

If it's what I'm thinking if you don't sound your horn for the crossing you're in trouble.
