Those are the only couple of names. There is no rule here AFAIK saying you can't say the names, but it is frowned upon if I recall correctly. I think there are some other members as well, but I don't know their full stories so I wont name.

Installed the set from jdesigns I cannot get the cab cars to work,I read the read me did like it said,No avail.They show up in the list in world editor but no cars show up at all.There invisible what is going on here?

In my experience with that man's content the absolute worst thing you can do is follow the readme. I basically just go through to check that all files are there that need to be. Then there's usually 1 or 2 that I missed the first time around. It does become quite a hassle after a while.

Not those specifically but in other reskins I typically will copy and paste every single folder out of the "default unit" (engine, cab, bogies, simulation, etc... etc...) into the reskin.

Two notes on this method;

1. DO NOT OVERWRITE ANYTHING OR THE CODE WILL BE CHANGED TO THE DEFAULT.

2. it makes the reskin overall file size a lot bigger than it normally would be, if you don't have a lot of space on your computer I don't recommend doing this method a lot to cheat your way out of following a readme.

I got it to work finally did not put in the cabcoach geopcdx file.
