I'm new to this and i'm just wanting to add dlc from railworks to steam as I have ts 2018, I haven't been able to figure out how to add it yet even after watching videos, can someone lead me in the right direction??

First welcome to RWA. I am assuming you you mean to your computer from the library here. Every D/L from here comes wit a "Read Me' text message. Have you read that and what part has you stumped?
