Midwest & Central

Hello everyone!

So, I've been watching the old Casey Jones TV Show and had the idea to try and recreate the Midwest & Central into our beloved Sim. Couple issues I can see (and maybe a few others that Y'all point out):

1) Lack of Assets. I had planned on using (aside from the base bits) on using ONLY Smokebox's excellent Jupiter and 119 Assets when the 119 pack drops. Hopefully that will open up the route to everyone without them having to spend extra money for Unneeded Assets from Steam or elsewhere.

2) Lack of Reference material. Hopefully that is somewhat self explanatory, aside form the Show itself.

If y'all have any input I'd love to hear it, but please be easy on me as I've never undertaken a project in TS of this scale.
