Does anyone else use railroad radio when running the sim to listen to live feeds of the territory they're running over? For me it helps when running longer scenarios especially over the road freights or commuter trains. I guess it's only good for more current routes but it's still fun.

I do.
It adds to the immersion and atmosphere.
Sometimes there is something interesting going on aamidst all the detector messages.
However, the webpage seems to be geo-limited, as I cannot tune in to the streams directly. Direct input of the stream allows me to listen to it in VLC etc.
The streams are also listed in iTunes and several internet radio directories.

Used in a couple of my vids at times. I do like using them.

Yes, I use them all the time.
I also used to record a channel for a long period, then compress the silent parts using Audacity. That made them more lively.
