Would love some GE Dash 8-32BWH

I would love to sees the ever so popular but rare (Since only 20 exist) Amtrak GE Dash 8-32BWH for railworks in all three schemes. I wonder if it would be a good idea to use the Dash 9 as a base and work on Dash 8 from there. Other than changes the the exterior and ridding of the 3 bogies and changing the cab I think we would have a great locomotive. I hope someone introduces these to the growing American Front of RW.
