You can change the font, color and to some degree the size (as long as you stay in the texture palate) however the location is fixed in the model.

In a lot of these they will just look like a blank sheet of one color until you open them in DXTBmp where you will find the number on the alpha layer. Fiddle with any one number that is on your loco so you can see if what you're doing looks OK to save a lot of time before you do all the numbers.

Just remember you have to call out your new folder whatever you call it and you also have to rename all the texture names in the numbers bin file, not the textures themselves but the bin so it knows where to look for your new textures.
