How do you change top speed for freight trains for freeroam for player user, not ai. Like the speedomoter reads 79mph is top speed for passenger, when it should be 55mph when i operating a freight train at track speed for example.

I hope this helps Although I just realized I made a mistake - High speed freight follows FREIGHT speed limits not passenger.
