Loco and Asset Packs

I am currently using the free update version of TS 2017. I originally purchased Train Simulator in June, 2014, so I think my first version was TS2013. I'm interested in getting a freeware route from Steam Workshop that, among other assets, requires the "American/European" asset packs.

Finally the question: I know I have the U.S. Loco and Asset Pack - I see it in my DLC list on Steam, and I assume this is the "American Asset Pack." I don't see a "European Asset Pack" in my DLC list. But on Steam, both of these packs say, “If you have Railworks or Train Simulator 2012, you already have the contents of this pack.” Perhaps it has a different name in the DLC list? Just want to know if I'm going to need to buy it.

I know Steam won't let you buy something you already own, but with the way my luck with technology is running this week, I can't count on that. *!greengrin!*

Thanks for the help.

Alright, um, the European Asset Pack is European Loco and Asset Pack in the DLC, the American Asset pack is U.S. Loco and Asset Pack in the DLC list.
Hope this helps *!greengrin!*

And therefore the reason I asked the question. The descriptions of both packs in the Steam Store say “If you have Railworks or Train Simulator 2012, you already have the contents of this pack.” I see the U.S. pack in my DLC list, but I don't see the Euro pack.

Seems to me if I have one I should have the other. Hence, does the Euro pack have a different identifier in the DLC list other than "European Asset Pack?" There are a few items in the DLC list that are only a number or name I don't recognize.

If you started with TS2013 you don't have it. The packs were included in Railworks/TS up too 2012 after that they came out in some routes or you could buy the packs separately. The reason you have the US Loco & Assets pack is that it most probably came with a route you purchased. Do a search on the net to see what routes have these packs or else just buy the pack you want from Steam Market Place.
