Sound Converter Program (Free)

Unread postby ET44C4 » Wed Sep 07, 2016 2:56 pm

I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a good sound converter that is a free downloadable program. I need one so I can convert sound files to .wav format to make horns. (my old one was a demo version)
