Does this forum have ghost posters ?

The announcement thread from the main page says last post ErikGustafson but when I go to the announcement thread there is no sign of his post.
Intel i5-10600K CPU, Asus TUF GAMING Z490-Plus (Wi-Fi) MB, Graphics Asus RTX 3060 TI 8GB OC TUF gaming card Windows 11 Home 64 bit, 16 GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 ram, Viewsonic VX2728 LED 1080P FHD Monitor, Samsung 1TB SSD + other conventional drives, Corsair 750W PSU.

He may have deleted it before you saw it. People delete their own posts quite frequently I know cause the deletes are listed in the Admin logs. The forum pointers may have not refreshed.

I've noticed that the main page doesn't always show who made the last post in the announcements section when the thread is a sticky. ErikGustafson is the last user to post in that section in a thread that isn't a sticky.
Main page says last post was June 19th. ErikGustafson's post was on June 19th in the WP FP7 contest.
