No Steam Workshop assistance whatsoever!

Having completed a new shunting scenario for the MML London to Bedford route, I decided to upload it to Steam Workshop. There, the scenario was approved for upload, so I filled in all of the appropriate information, accepted the conditions, and clicked the Upload button. After a few seconds of grinding away, the upload progress bar reached 67% before . . .

After several more unfruitful tries over several days, I opened a support ticket at Dovetail Games Support. A few days later, they replied that they could not help me and told me to contact Steam. Another few days passed before Steam replied that "Steam Support does not offer technical assistance with content creation in the Workshop." Clearly, I was not asking anything related to content creation: just why my scenario, after being approved for publication, failed to publish. I've added a reply to their absolutely useless message, but without really expecting an appropriate reply.

Have any other forum members had this same problem recently? [Yes, I have tried several file verifications and cache clearings.]

Having reached the sixth-plus try and receiving the equivalent of insults and dumb stares from Steam, I'm about to give up on getting this scenario uploaded. I may upload it here, something I haven't done in a while because I have to switch browsers, prepare both a screenshot and a thumbnail, write a description + installation instructions, etc. At times, uploading to Steam Workshop is a lot less trouble, but at other times -----------

Gosh all that work to upload here takes all all of ten minutes, about twice as long as it took you to complain here.
