Confuse with the scenario

I just downloaded the file -- charlottsville_mixed_freight_run for the freeware route, Eagle Ridge Railroadhere from the file library. I just read the information on readme.txt where to get the files to download to run the scenario. And I wasn't sure where to get two files that mentioned in readme.txt The two files that I am trying to find are below:

CP Rail ES44AC repaints and the link is below:

According to the catalog at those links, the source for these repaints is trainsim.com.
Go to their file library and look for them.
