So what did YOU get for Christmas this year?

Unread postby dtrainBNSF1 » Fri Jan 01, 2016 9:34 pm

Christmas has come and gone, and I hope everything went well for everyone and their families.

This year my relatives gave me a combined $60 in Steam cards and gift cards (among other things of course), so I gladly took it all and spent it on the sale on Steam. Purchases were mostly British this time around. Bought myself the A3 Flying Scotsman (older version, not the black version)(wanted to get it for a while now), The Woodhead Line, Thompson B1, Robinson O4 (comes with a bonus Gresley V2), LNER J94(noticed I was getting a lot of LNER stuff, so why not?), Jinty 3F, BR Standard 2MT, and UP GP30 (great loco, great rolling stock). I've got a lot of American DLC and I've neglected the British ones for a while, hence why I bought a lot of British stuff this time around.

Just had the crazy idea to ask "What did you all get for Christmas (TS 2016 or otherwise if you want to share)?" Doesn't have to be like me with all TS2016 stuff.

Hmm,let's see.....

MWPB,NYNH,ES44DC,Cab forward,SD45,Big 7's,AC6000CW,GP40PH,and the LA Commuter rail pack.

To be honest,I was looking forward to the NYNH route,as it came with the ACS-64 and CSX SD40-2 with flashing ditch lights. However,I can't edit my own quick drive consist in world editor.I applied fan's physics as soon as they were done downloading. And they turned out well!I also made a new horn for the dash8-40CW,which sounds awesome!

So overall, all of the DLC I purchased was relatively good, the only fix that was needy was the ES44DC horn. !*roll-laugh*!
