A tisket, a tasket, I've got an empty basket (buying TS2016 Steam)

At the risk of being redundant (what? at RWA?), although several posters who successfully received the download "gift" version of TS2016 have stated that they have bought the Steam version of the same, when I try to do so I still see this message (graphics removed in saving):

So what would I actually be getting for my $38.24? It seems to me that nothing discounted is still . . . well . . . nothing. Or is it just that DTG/RSC, Valve, and Steam are still struggling in nowhereland?

I am officially !*hp*!

You will receive the 1950's Rivera Line, the UP GTEL, and any other rolling stock you don't own that they've bundled with TS2016:SE.

Also the DB BR 155 plus the TS2016 User Interface Overlay. Your copy of Sherman Hill will also be updated.

Thanks, guys, that's beginning to sound worth the price of admission, so I'll just keep my credit card warm until the who-can-buy dust settles.

[However, it seems to me that I already have the TS2016 menus and the Sherman Hill updates.]
