Unstoppable locos, cars, etc

I think there is a thing in the File Library, but that setup just doesn't work. Are there any other places to download reskins for TS?

I think you need to learn how to install downloads properly. Everything in the library has been pretty carefully vetted before they are posted and if you follow the directions they always seem to work for most everyone. When you see a D/L has been accessed many times and there have been no problems you may assume that you made a error in your installation not that something is wrong with the file.

Ok, I see what you mean, but sometimes I come up with this, minimal desription stating to follow up on the README,but then I download the file and all I get is a .rar file or a .7z file and no README. I usally have to go and apply it to where I think it needs to go. I geuss thats where things usually get screwd up.

Just an example. Sorry, but there still are a lot of good things in the File Library. It's just that the things that I want sometimes go wrong.

These instructions seem pretty complete to me. They were inside the folder, just where they are supposed to be.
Installation
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Move AWVR 1206 AND AWVR 7375 to: C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\railworks\Assets\Kuju\RailSimulatorUS\RailVehicles\Diesel\SD40-2

2. Move AWVR 777 NOTOC, AWVR 777 NNOC, AWVR 767 NOTOC, and AWVR 767 NNOC to: C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\railworks\Assets\RSC\Dash9Pack01\RailVehicles\Diesel\Dash9

3. Copy Dash9-44CW_Warbonnet.GeoPcDx from:C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\railworks\Assets\RSC\Dash9Pack01\RailVehicles\Diesel\Dash9\Warbonnet\Engine

4. Paste Dash9-44CW_Warbonnet.GeoPcDx into AWVR 777 NOTOC, AWVR 777 NNOC ,AWVR 767 NOTOC, and AWVR 767 NNOC's Engine folder.

Sure it's just compressed like a zip file.

.7z files are very similar to .zip files, a compressed archive or folder. Use winzip or 7zip to "unzip/uncompress" them.

Wow, I never knew that. My computer never registers the 7z. files as anything. It keeps saying it can't open the file but I can continue anyway. I guess I should find something that can open the 7z. files.

7zip opens everything: 7z, zip, rar, etc.
