Hi I was doing a nighttime scenario and turned the engine light on but it did'nt light up the track is this normal?

Unfortunately, yes - this is normal for RailWorks. *!sad!*

Hopefully it's on their list of things to fix. I would love to run some trains at night.

There are a few third party locomotives that do actually have lights that shine on the tracks (Big Boy for one) but most of the stuff RW puts out don't have lights that shine on track.

But, these just are "tricks" they don't light up anything but the stuff directly below the "light".
