Thank for Your Time

Somebody did convert some models a while ago... You can't straight up use them in another game but you can convert them if you know how to do it.

But regardless if you can do it or not, they look bad in RW. So I suggest not wasting your time on it. After 6 years now with RW, if it was worthwhile don't you think we would have the whole MSTS fleet by now?? There are 3 conversions that I know of and a tutorial on how to do it, if you have a 3D graphics program to export it back out to RW. Not trying to be a downer, but you would be better off learning how to use 3D Crafter or something else and making something you can use in RW.
