The March Madness is now on - should I get Miami-West Palm Beach alone at $19.99 or West Rhine with the BR266 at $23.99?

Depends on what you want with them and what your main interests are.
Both routes are well made.

Miami - West Palm Beach is a bit like Pacific Surfliner in atmosphere. It lacks the proprietary passenger trains, you'll have to buy those extra, and they still are unbranded.

Cologne - Koblenz is suitable for both intercity and local passenger runs, and freight trains plus some switching. If you have a collection of DB trains, you're all set up to run the workshop scenarios.

Quite challenging to keep a stopping passenger schedule, even with 160 km/h track speed. If you can read German, go over to Rail-sim.de forum, I don't think it is discussed often on UKTrainsim board in English.

Is is a pity the scenic, even picturesque, narrow Rhein valley between Koblenz and Mainz wasn't included.
