Railworks Utility how to set up?

Could someone please lead me to the procedure of loading railworks utilities?
I had it set up before my compyter was hacked.
Now I'm trying to restore my setup to what I had before. And my old noggin is strugling with all these resets
My computer is still kind of going crazy.

It's inside your railworks folder down near the bottom.

Right click on the icon and make a short cut for your desktop.

Definitely make a short cut for it. (as mentioned by trev123). I put mine on the lower tool bar. It's a heck of a lot easier than hunting it down through the file system every time you need it.
