Gauntlet track

How does one lay down gauntlet track, like in the Polish tramway route Butowice?
Notice the grooved rails and spring clip fastenings.

Use the offset tool to create the paralell rails (adjust spacing to .08 or so), then lock your rail draw onto the siding, and create a turnout to the original track. It will work fine. I don't know how you would create the spring track tho.
