Numbering Locos

Unread postby NewEnglandCentral » Sun Nov 30, 2014 5:14 pm

Hey guys, so recently I wanted to mess around with auto numbering for Railworks, and I tried to change the numbers of the CSX ES44AH to the 3000 series for brand new locos. I went into numbers.dscv, changing them all to 3001-3099 and did the same with the AC6000CW mod by Mdurdan because the numbers on that are the ones Dash 8's would have. After saving, I go back into TS with the numbers staying the same. Did I do something wrong?
I appreciate any help you guys have!

Probably not. Numbers are a bit weird. Since the numbers become part of the scenario the numbers will not change on the locomotive. You will need to delete the loco restart the game and then place the loco back in the game. Then the number should be changed. There probably is some way to do it in RWTools but I don't know that method.
