TOFC Flatcar Problems

Hey guys! So recently in RW I wanted to expand on my collection and downloaded these TOFC cars I found here on the library.

I installed by adding the .geocpdx files and everything okay. When I go into RW, however, no trailers show up on the flatcar. (I can supply an image if needed) and it's just empty. I also have installed the Parcel Equipment stuff installed, just as it asks. Is there any way I can get these trucks to show up? I've been dying to have them in the sim.
