Changing River Texture Effects?

Hi

I have a simple question. I have downloaded a route (which I think is superb by the way), but I would like to change the effect of the rivers. At the moment they have waves, and I prefer a smooth surface appearance. Could some kind soul inform me if there a straightforward way of editing the values for bodies of water please, or if it's a lot more complicated than that?

I would really appreciate any guidance or suggestions please. Thank you.

Go in the world editor, find your water, double click on it and a pop up opens on the right with the water properties for that asset. Thats all you can change.

Thanks for the quick reply Bob. I cloned the route last night and tried clicking on a river stretch but didn't see anything come up. I'll try again tonight - and thanks for the tip

You have to double click it. If you only click once you just get the gizmos to move it.

It looks like I'm stuck with what the author has laid down because it's a river with banks section and you can't edit the texture. Apart from trying to lay water over the top I think there's no other option. Ok, thanks anyway
