Placing several locos?

Unread postby HankySpanky » Wed Jun 11, 2014 3:34 pm

I would like to place several locos (no driver) near each other in a typical yard scenario, however doing so taxes my system to the point that I get something like one frame per second when I drive nearby. I have some low poly box cars that works great, but is there a way to reduce the demand that locos require even without a driver?

It's all the detail on locomotives, particularly some. You need more horsepower in the video department. *!mad!*

You're gonna need a desktop HankySpanky. Once I got it hooked into the liquid cooler, MAN!! Nice improvement. *!!wink!!*

Hey NY -

I like the game but not enough to buy a HAL9000 computer like you have. But, I'll be right over to play on yours. Can ya pick me up at the airport?

Oh yeah... LOL
I've got a GTX 780 and even that is taxed by yards that aren't even full. Although settings can still be higher overall.
