They're P32AC-DMs. It's a variant of the P42 developed jointly by Amtrak and Metro North Commuter Railroad to replace the ex-New Haven FL-9s, and share with them the ability to run as straight electric locomotive off the third rail. The P32s purchased for service in Connecticut have a faux McGinnis paint job in part as a note to Connecticut State funds having been used for their purchase.

Technically none since NH doesn't exist any more.

Believe that'd be a CDOT (Connecticut Department of Transportation) unit painted into a heritage New Haven McGinnis-era scheme.
