Great news! !*brav*!

FAQ and people are saying about (new, and now) working headlight... Is it about loco's headlight? I can't see loco's headlight illuminating ground and rails ahead in pictures 1, 4 and 7! Will be that improved till official launching? I hope so...

Hi Paul or Derek, quick question about something from the FAQ.

Are any new locomotives or routes included with Train Simulator 2012?

Yes! Train Simulator 2012 will retain all the locomotives and routes previously included with RailWorks 2, PLUS a brand new EMD F7
locomotive and a new UK locomotive to be revealed shortly. Also, we will have an amazing new route, fully optimized to show off all
the new technology, this will be available bundled with every new purchase of the Train Simulator 2012 Steam Edition. Existing users
will be able to buy this new route as DLC from our Steam store.

So the new route will be available as DLC for those of us who get upgraded for free from RW2, but what about the new locomotives? Will those also need to be purchased as DLC, or are they included in the free upgrade? Just curious, thanks. :) Really looking forward to September!! :)

I hope so also, having Raildriver since 2006 (the same device, almost 8.000 hours played), I cant' imagine playing a train simulator without it.

And about the cab swaying!!! !*drool*! !*drool*! !*drool*!
I've already noticed that even in RW2 when looking backwards inside the cab, for ex., in Doncaster with SW1500, in that straight line in the North of map (forgot the name of buildings around). I was about to ask if the swaying effect (when looking backwards) could be implemented when in normal view (forward). I still play BVE due to his unique awesome effect: what sways (related to the monitor screen) is the cab, not the rails ahead, this gives a more real feeling indeed. That's also a very great news!

Dogmouse went forward and released the repainted cabs. They are in the library for your downloading pleasure.

Yes Bill, I'm also curious why you won't repaint any more. Your repaints are excellent, some of the most realistic looking to date.

I normally don't look forward to September, but this year will be different. The thing that intrigues me the most is "new terrain and import tools'. I wonder if it is going to support direct import of higher resolution DEM? If so,that would be fantastic!
