They have to. The train was framed correctly.

They have plenty of shots showing off the lights. I guess someone had an itch to post something, and grabbed what was left in the QA screen shots folder.

I'm kinda surprised that there has been a lack of cab pictures, especially since the "supposed" release date is Thursday. I think I'm wrong on this, but I have a sneaky suspicion that it will not be released this week. Mainly because they haven't advertised the cab.....meh, I'd rather them take their time and produce quality work then pushing it out the door.

These were announced back in early December, would like to hope they have the building process pretty much nailed down by now, cab included. You could be right, but I am hoping it will just be a big reveal on Thursday and a bit of a surprise. Having seen the Tornado cab etc, it shouldn't be too bad - these are professional artists. :D My main concern will be the sounds. Adam posted back in January regarding sound sourcing etc, I just hope it all remains civil if it is not to individuals perception of what it should be.

This should be a great release and I for one am looking forward to more PR steam

!*cheers*!

Honestly I'm not too worried about the sounds since honestly, its very hard to find sounds for this locomotive as I believe there is no example running today, but I know a certain someone on facebook will throw quite a fit if everything is not perfect !*not-ok*! (if people follow facebook they should know who I am referencing too). I am personally more for little "fun" features and detail of the locomotive. But too each his own. I just know they usually advertise their products before release much more than they are currently doing with the K4.

not to get off-topic but he has really been ticking me off lately, he thinks he gets his "requests" fulfilled. He also thinks he knows everything there is to know about the railroad industry(I've actually found he is not right all the time especially when talking about some stuff at The Railroad Museum of PA where I volunteer from time to time)

But anyway this thread isn't about him, its about the K4

I'm really excited for Thursday, I just hope its a quality add-on!

Does this ease your wait?

Um don't get ahead of yourselves..

Argh! My fault! On Steam on THURSDAY, not tomorrow. As usual we are so efficient we are working a day ahead of ourselves ;-) Simon
