There's a lot of hyped up venting going on. My only hope is that the upcoming changes let me still run/play as I am on the low end of the game requirements for CPU and graphics.
IMHO RSC isn't now or for any forseeable future going to do any thing about the physic or Ai issues. There fore I suggest that those who have the coding skills band together and do what a group did at (That other Train Sim)
and work out the conditions required to improve what needs improving. There is the problem of upgrades by RSC causing everything to return to their settings but Doc(Machinest) has a work around for that. A bit of of a PITA but it works.
I would be honored to work with any one willing to try and upgrade the physics as a tester providing I have the equipment being worked on..
The carping about the upcoming upgrade is a bit much RSC is going to give us the up grade for FREE.
Or you will have to buy the 2013 package and get new routes and engines not a bad deal. No company should be expected to give up the total fruits of their labors. Having said that RSC needs to repair their worst FUBARS and get them to the using public sooner than later.
