Here's a link directly to the post that details what has been addressed in the patch for Donner Pass.

Yes, it has been reduced to 2 degrees maximum cant, a realistic value for a low speed line like Donner. It was 4 degrees in the first release. Cab swing/track uneveness has also been reduced making for a smoother ride. Also, some of the vertical transitions seem to have been smoothed out too.

Now only some unrealistic curves, s-curves and bridge approaches need to be relaid. I am sure there are accurate track charts and SP track rules available.

Well, stupidly, I replaced the DonnerPass.bin (track network file) with one from the first release that I had modified, because I didnt see any track related changes on the release notes for the first patch. And didnt save a backup. Can someone paste the contents of the updated donnerpass.bin file so I can see what's changed...so I dont have to verify cache for one file?

Thanks! I appreciate it.

Thats strange though - its exactly the same as my copy from the first release of Donner, except for the super-elevation being reduced from 4 to 2. Nothing else seems to have been modified. Hmm...

Um? wish I knew what that parameter was actually for, but that's a big number for anything SE related :p

I'd like to know too. In the HSC route, this value is "0". And, the .bin file is in the 'trackrules' folder, not the 'track' folder...
