Well I got it downloaded with the patches and can't wait until I get home from work. I'm a NS fan living near Lewistown Pa. There's around 60 to 80 trains go through there a day and I even got my wife liking to go there and watch them. We stop get some snacks and then just go watch and talk. We've met some of the nicest people there. It's amazing how many folks we meet that drove from out of state just stopping here and there train watching. Our next run is to the Horseshoe Curve. Only about 2 hours away and never have been there. *!embar*!

That sounds like a lot of fun, especially with your "better half"!
Do you have the HSC route for TS2012? It's highly rated here and I think it's one of the better routes available as payware. It's a bit of a framerate hog, but well worth getting, IMnsHO.
Just my **!!2cents!!** worth.

Best,
Marc

I do have the HSC route and really like it. I especially like the EMD F7's. When I was a kid I lived near the Lewistown junction. Summer nights with the windows open I'll forever remember listening to them go into dynamic brake mode on the last turn heading east into town. Going west they would throttle up and it's a sound I love to hear and will never forget. They really got it as close to the real thing in Railworks.

Have you tried exiting Steam and re-starting it?
- It should install the update.

The update worked fine for me.

RSC Dash-9 problems

Unread postby mountainrail2012 » Thu Aug 16, 2012 10:44 pm

**!!bang!!** I received two updates through Steam in the last couple of weeks and the result is no more RSC Dash-9's! Do to being away from the computer for a month I was unaware of what RSC was doing to the Loco's. My video card happened to tank this week so I will not be able to try any trouble shooting just yet because it is using on-board video at this time. I went into my account (before it tanked) and "Verified my game and down load cash" until there were no more missing files. I am missing both of the RSC BNSF and Canadian product's. So should I be worried or patiently wait for the next download!
