Follow the install instructions again, they will need updated shapes. They will also need added blueprint sections to deal with the rain in the cabview ( copy the <wiperpairs> section from one of the default ones ) but the first step should let you use them as AI at least.

My Dash9 was success and automatically updated since the first time I turned pc on, on yesterday 15:30UTC. IIRC correctly your Time Zone your 8pm was 01:00UTC on today (ie 11 hours after I got my flawless update).
