I think the guys at OVS have some PLE scenarios. If they don't, I have a few, including some that I wrote. I have not run them in a long time and I can't be sure they all work, but I think all of mine do.

Hmm. Sorry to hijack, just popped into my mind when reading about Ottodads routes and modifications. There was one he modified that I remember running so often when I first got my copy. Eagle Ridge... Eagle Bay... something like that. Does that ring any bells to anyone?

That's it! I haven't run that in so long, don't have it anymore. Does anyone have a DL link or copy of it?

I think this an older modification from 2011, but I am not sure (not tested) :
https://www.trainsim.com/vbts/tsview.ph ... &fid=27858
or look for "RW Pikes Eagle Ridge Bay Route"
https://www.trainsim.com/vbts/tslib.php ... 783&page=6

I hope that's what you are looking for.

Old Prof,

The version I have is titled 1 - P&LE Final. There might be a few scenarios for it on OVSRails still, but if you are interested, I have several scenarios that I wrote for it and then updated over the years as updated versions of the route appeared.

I recently started working with a friend, Richard Carter, on updating the quality of this route and the CSX Mainline route, another of Thomas Bontempo's creations. Richard previously did some significant changes to the CSX Mainline route, including the addition of several transfer points (for loading and unloading freight), labels for sidings (especially in large freight yards), and more. We have been working on more consistent naming standards for the CSX Mainline route: we have fixed some duplicate siding names, corrected typos, and set mismatched internal and display names to match one another. In cases where the changes affected scenarios we have installed, we fixed the scenarios. I went through the work orders for a bunch of CSX Mainline scenarios I wrote to fix typos and grammar mistakes.

Richard is working on the P&LE route to make similar changes. A number of sidings are missing names, there are numerous typos, and there are duplicate siding names.

If there is interest in the updated versions of these routes, and the accompanying scenarios, let me know. These two routes have something for almost everyone.
