There must of been an update because all my rolling stock that i have changed in the portland route aren't there only the default ones that come with the route,any idea why this happend i didn't do anything to the game.

Everytime there is an update to a route the default scenarios and all changes to a route will revert back to default. Your changes get lost.
There were several bugfixes for the route I think. You can find the patchnotes here: http://www.gtraxsims.com/
