TS 2016 - When Is This Being Released?

I anm not sure whether you get them if you didn't already own them. I had both of these and I did get updates on both. Let me go look and see if the rolling stock was updated also.

I'm confused. I get the updated routes even if I'm just getting the free update? I thought that was only if I buy TS2016 Steam Edition or something like that.

It is my understanding, and it could be complete cobblers as I spend all of my time here upside-down , but if you already own Sherman Hill, you will automatically get the reworked version of the route, reworked already released assets, but NOT the GTEL. Similarly if you already own the UK heritage line, you would get the re-worked version of that, the reworked assets but NOT the Castle or King or what ever the new loco was. It could be that if you already own all of the existing routes, you will get free update to the re-worked version for them all but will pay $40 or what ever the price is to just get the new assets for those routes.

I wish they had done SH as a heritage line - the GTEL doesnt hit and neither does the steam. Personally wouldnt spend for this update. They are all too busy working towards next years release and this was just a cynical quest for some $$. I am waiting on the next installment of the VNHRR and Wayne's RWA, which will see out my train-simming days. None of this will be portable to the new sim, so I fail to see what they could possibly offer next year that would entice another buying spree of routes and DLC.
