Meh, I find it quite enjoyable to use actually and simple to use. I especially like the force feedback(vibration) that is given through the controller when going over junctions/bumps in the track. Adds another level of immerstion for me! !!*ok*!!

Yes the controller is nice, but for me cumberson. Like Bob had said "Variety is the spice of life."

I do have to admit, I need to keep my keyboard/mouse near when using the controller. Some things are more easily completed my keyboard than the controller! *!!wink!!*

All in all I'm pretty happy with RW4.
Visuals are a lot better and there's a lot of potential there for more. I can now actually keep the downhill speed in check with dynamic only, the Hill is quite a nice route albeit a bit void of human life forms, the new ES44DC is quite nice (although repainting is a nightmare) and the DP update (or upgrade rather) looks very promising.
What's more, the graphics engine is much better! I fried my MSI GTX 560 Ti a few weeks ago so I had to put my old GTX 280 back in. I get 23-24 fps in a crowded Cheyenne yard and 60-65 out in the boonies. That's good for that old card! In a few days I'll put a GTX 660 in the slot and that should give me frame rates well in the double digits. I'll let you guys know the outcome, but I'm sure the older cards get choked by the sheer amount of shaders that need to get pushed through and there the new nVidia chip should work wonders. It just loves DX 9c at 1920x1200 and lots of shaders.
