There's not a single 3D design or modeling course in that curriculum.

For learning 3D modeling, you don't want to enroll in engineering. They rarely use that, they do CAD, which is precise design of mechanical components using applications such as AutoCad.

Most 3D modeling course are offered by training centers, not colleges.
For example, this one in Canada: http://www.digitalschool.ca/

You can usually take one specific course, you don't need to enroll to a whole program.
Several offer computer-based training (CBT), which probably would be even better for you.
My advice is to search for "3D modeling course training CBT" or similar search strings on Google, and look for a training center in your area.
