He only left temporarily. He told me he was done with RW, but now he's back, posting over at TS.

I had some but deleted them and the route as the route was too boring. There are no GPS markers to make scenario writing easy either. The guys at the OVS club are using it and have some scenarios, you might want to go over there.

Now see, i personally love those long runs, but i always was a long distance driver. nothing like running it out at a hundred watching the road disappear behind you. But for most people?? yeahh, that would probably be quite boring.. Still with the larger routes, theres plenty of opportunity for injecting gps markers and extra scenery to create the scenarios that could make it more fun..

The other problem is it is TOO big. A lot of people can not even get it to run without SBHHing after 20 minutes. I tried helping him and made GPS markers but ottodad got involved and said we dont need them for scenarios cause he likes to do it by editting an existing scenario. I gave up on it. Some of the tiles have over 3,000 objects. The P&LE route is the same way. With the same problems except otto talked him into adding loops at the end. So it is essentially a route for otto to freeroam on.

Actually, I believe it was Otto that added the loops himself. He does that to most maps he gets his hands on, just for the reason you stated. *!!wink!!*

I don't see a download section, do you have to apply and be accepted to their "VR Railroad" club before you can download the scenarios?
