Yes !!*ok*!! Finally i can do night senarios, this is one thing i have been waiting along time for, actual engine lights. Thanks Railworks HQ ! !!*ok*!!

Note ( not a complaint or anything, more of a fear ) stuttering, RSadam or RSderek, in fact anyone at RW HQ, will the stuttering be fixed. ? I mean, i can run RW 2 with high FPS, but i still get stuttering.. Have you guys had a chance on improving/lessen the stuttering ?

Again, biggest supporter of your sim and september is too long a wait *!greengrin!*

It really is a shame that the folks at RailSim can't read all the mopers' minds and turn out preview videos that contain everything that everyone decides should have been there after a video is released. As far as I can remember, the information and videos they're releasing amount to much more than we've seen in the past before a major upgrade. The more time they spend on previews, the less time they have to finish the product, so let's just appreciate what's coming out and please pay attention to the brief messages that specify the settings used for a video and the fact that all of this is still a work in progress.

Many, many thanks to RailSim for keeping us informed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is that a good "oh god" or a bad "oh god"?

Will you guys ever be happy? !*roll-laugh*!

Some interesting quotes from UKTrainsim: http://forums.uktrainsim.com/viewtopic.php?f=314&t=117100&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&start=945

This got Matt and me very excited as it opens up the possibility of putting a 'strip light' inside coaches so that at night they throw light through the windows onto the ground.

RSderek wrote:Lights can also have their 'cast shadow' element switched off (configure this in the blueprint)

Street lights away from the track can shine light but don't need to cast shadows. (I have seen the coder place down many hundreds of these in an area without any hit I could see on framerate.
Use the cast shadow lights where you will see and appeciate them (in and a around the track), like all things it is a traid off.

Once we have the code locked down, content set up and I've had chance to play with it more I will be able to explain the process and give better advice on the ins and outs.
