In nearly 4 years in Railworks, I have never used Serz. Besides I have never been able to make it work properly.
RW_Tools has been the right tool for all those blueprints editing or building jobs.

Serz is a command-line utility best suited for batch jobs.
I use it in my scripts but never for manual work.

Always used serz, and I'm probably not switching any time soon.

I totally forgot I made this.
"If you really needed a diesel locomotive right away, then go ahead and order a ALCO. But if you could wait for real quality, then go for an EMD or a GE".

Seems you have opened the Class ES44 Horn.proxyxml instead of the Class ES44 Horn Sound.bin. Open "Class ES44 Horn Sound.bin".
"If you really needed a diesel locomotive right away, then go ahead and order a ALCO. But if you could wait for real quality, then go for an EMD or a GE".

Yes. You should get an .xml file to edit.

Should be the same for every engine. You just have to know the horn file for the engine.
