Yep twice a year. For every phpBB forum you go to.

Well, no, not all other Forums. Mine uses phpBB and the DST change is automatic. Could be a setting in the board's configuration, or it could be in "C Panel" (which I don't like to mess with- server side)

Then you must have an older version. There is no setting in cpanel either. There is one on the server side. And it is set up to be automatic. I have control of the dedicated server. Much more things to do than with cpanel.
