Slick has volunteered, and also has the solution to make the repaints work with both releases. I'll get it going in a little bit, and we'll see how it works.

I say we need to see something...well.....not widely known.

The ALCO RSX4.

Erroneously called MRS1 by some railfan sources. Also erroneously identified as being ALCo locomotives, when, in fact, these are GE locomotives built at ALCo-Schenectady under a production subcontract.
They do NOT carry ALCo or ALCo-GE builder's plates; ALCo construction numbers were were assigned for internal identification and accounting purposes only. Not warranted or serviced by ALCo.

Hmph, well a U25B would be excellent but Oovee's been working on his for a long time.

I would suggest this:

"If you really needed a diesel locomotive right away, then go ahead and order a ALCO. But if you could wait for real quality, then go for an EMD or a GE".

I second. If and when Oovee finally delivers their promised U25B, it only covers the first generation of the GE Universal series.

I like the later pug nosed U-boats better than their long nosed predecessor. And a basic pug nose U-boat can be made in many variations for many railroads.

And please do bring 4 axle units alonside the more common 6 axle units.

I would like to see a detailed Sw1500. The sw1500 from DTG looks very old now and needs an update.

Any very strange odd ball stuff while it might be fun for the hardcore is exactly what he doesn't want to do because it won't sell very much. If you don't like my suggestion od the U25 well how about the U30c? They built 600 of them and they were run on many many roads.

As for routes for the U30C

BN (Stevens Pass or Marias Pass) 180 built for it
UP (Sherman Hill) 150 built for it
SP (Donner Pass) 37 built for it
PRR (Horseshoe Curve) 5 built for it

With over 600 units built, and a wide variety of liveries, many matching existing routes, we'll call the U30C the winner, and I e-mailed him as such.

Thanks for your input, we'll see how it works out and keep this list in mind.
